• Objective: To describe the development and implementation of a prostatectomy outcomes database at a community hospital. • Methods: We developed a comprehensive observational radical prostatectomy database with a prospective longitudinal arm to examine clinical and functional outcomes in patients undergoing retropubic robotic laparoscopic, open retropubic, and perineal prostatectomy.
